These are our Terms and Conditions. By placing  an order with us you are agreeing to all our Terms & Conditions and information on this page. Which means that with buying something from us, you agree to our terms. We reserve the right to change any information on the zoe-nina.com website at any time.

Should you have questions, please do not hesitate contacting us via info@zoe-nina.com. We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any given time.

1 /Products

All jewelry is handmade in our studio in Amsterdam. We can adjust the jewelry to fit your personal requests (such as size, colour and shape).

All jewelry is made from precious metals and gemstones and are all unique.

Every effort has been made to represent the colors of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colors you see depends on the monitor you are using, Zoe Nina cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will match the colour exactly.

2 /Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our web shop. The price is always mentioned in Euro and include 21% VAT.

In our web shop you can pay by one of the following options:

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.

3/ Shipping

We make sure that the product is delivered at the address that you provided when placing the order. You cannot change the address if we already sent out the package. The order will be shipped after the payment is received by us (via PayPal or bank transfer). PostNL takes care of the distribution. You can trace your package with a track & trace code that we send you after the package is sent out. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Since the products are handmade, it will take roughly five working days for the order to be shipped. If the order is delayed, we will notify you by e-mail. We are not responsible for lost parcels in the mail. We are not responsible for import taxes and other costs that apply in the country of destination.

Shipment processing time

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders of items that are in stock and don’t need changes, are processed within 1-2 business days. If you like to order an item in a different size, colour or shape then we will adjust this item or make a new one for you. If this will effect the price, we will inform you in advance. This will take 1-4 weeks, when an order is placed we will inform you about the delivery time so you know when to expect your package.
If you need something by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or email us before placing an order. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

4/Taking care of the jewelry

Zoë Nina jewelry pieces are handmade and therefore delicate. Treat the jewelry with care to maximize the lifespan. Do not swim, bathe or shower with the jewelry. Try to avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible. Perfume and other chemicals may cause a reaction with the precious metals and gemstones.


You may always return the unworn product within 7 days after you received it. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@zoe-nina.com . After you received a confirmation from us you have to send the product within 7 days. After we received the product back, you get a voucher worth the purchase price of the returned product. The costs for the return shipment will be for your account. During the period you have to consider whether or not you would like to keep the product, the package and product need to be handled with care. You may only unpack the product and use it to the extent that is necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product. Custom made jewelry cant be returned. A ring that unexpectedly doesn’t fit, can be remade. In that case you can send an e-mail with the request to info@zoe-nina.com. We will send you more information about the procedure then. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs and returns.


We are not liable for any damage that is caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be an amount up to the amount of the ordered and paid product.
